SAPP is an economical quick acting dispersant for freshwater low weight drilling fluids. It is generally used to reduce bit balling and to treat cement contamination in conjunction with Sodium Bicarbonate.

SAPP can be further used to reduce viscosity, break gel strengths down, and control calcium increases.

SAPP additions for cement contamination will vary on the amount of cement drilled out and its rigidity.
