CLAY-STAR ECO
CLAY-STAR ECO, is designed for use as a permanent clay/shale stabilizer. The product provides excellent shale and clay control and greatly reduces bit balling and mud rings. CLAY-STAR ECO is compatible with all drilling fluid additives. CLAY-STAR ECO is designed to be compatible with bentonite products and to not inhibit them.
Application
CLAY-STAR ECO is used as a permanent solution to reactive or swelling clay and eliminates the need for detergent or thinning agents. The concentration will vary depending on the reactivity of the clay or shale encountered. Can be used as a coagulant for dewatering applications at high doses.
