CLAY-STAR MT
CLAY-STAR MT liquid is designed for use as a permanent clay/shale stabilizer. The product provides excellent shale and clay control and greatly reduces bit balling and mud rings. CLAY-STAR MT is compatible with all drilling fluids and bentonite, synthetic polymers and biopolymers. CLAY-STAR MT has a microtox threshold 10x higher than its recommended dose.
Application
CLAY-STAR MT is used as a permanent solution to reactive or swelling clay and eliminate the need for detergent or thinning agents. The concentration will vary depending on the reactivity of the clay or shale encountered.
